How QuickDealz Handles Cancellations
- Before fulfillment: Orders may be cancelled if not yet processed by supplier/warehouse.
- After fulfillment: Cancellation is no longer guaranteed and the order may proceed to delivery.
- Refund timing: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
How QuickDealz Handles Returns
- Return requests should be filed within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- For damaged, wrong, or defective items, include photos/video evidence to speed approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or legal reasons, some product categories may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
When the issue is our error (wrong/defective item), QuickDealz covers return logistics where possible. For buyer-remorse returns, return shipping may be customer-paid.
Refund Processing
After returned item inspection and approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank/provider posting times vary.

- Provide order number, reason, and evidence (if applicable).
- Wait for approval instructions from support.
